Palmyra-SODIC is a Syrian real estate development company formed in 2010. It is a 50:50 joint venture between Palmyra, MAS’s real estate development arm, and SODIC, one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers. As a newly formed company, led by the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit of our chairman, Firas Tlass, our mission is to transform the way people live and work in Syria by providing real estate developments that deliver on our clients’ needs while helping them fulfill their lifestyle aspirations.

We plan to achieve these goals by building a world-class management team, and combining international, regional and local expertise to deliver a new generation of homes, offices and retail spaces that meet our country’s needs and ambitions, both today and in the future.
